You will find that once you are creating and sharing a lot of content you will want to consider the paid option. Posterous similar to Only wire but has some slightly different sites, sign up and set up to auto post your content. What you will be doing here is once you have your content published in the article directories you can come to this site and copy and paste the article in here and then auto submit it to more social media networking sites to increase your back links to your article.

Join A Content Syndication Tribe.

This works by you syndicating or sharing others content and they do the same for you.I am in the World Wide Partnership content syndication tribe and when I upload a piece of content to that site it is automatically syndicated around 300-350 times with out me manually having to do any thing,

This is a paid service but is one of the cheapest and most effective available on the internet and most only have manual syndicating whereby you have to actually go in and copy and paste urls and share then to social networking sites.This can be very labor intensive, where as the one we are involved with is set up on autopilot.
