Decide on how many hours a week you will need for analyzing your target markets needs, researching relevant   keywords, writing up content, posting your content on the social media networks, answering comments and interacting with potential customers. Generally I allow 3-4 hours a day for this activity, but the larger your fan base or following the longer you may need to allocate or look at getting in hired help.

• Streamline Your Social Media Marketing Strategy.

Some great tools for setting up some of your social media marketing on autopilot are Hoot Suite, Tweet Deck and Social Oomph. These social media applications will allow you to set your content out simultaneously to which ever social media networks you choose to set them up with. This can be very time saving and well worth the cost of the applications in the long run.

In Summary: A Social media for business doesn’t need to be complicated.

As long as you are producing relevant high quality content that your target market is looking for answers on and you are doing it on a consistent regular basis you can’t go to far wrong. I see a lot of spamming going on in the social media sites and I urge you not to partake in this. What I mean by spamming is members literally copy and pasting tons of blatant one sentence ads all over the networks .No only is this very unprofessional but it will also discourage readers from viewing any of your content even if you do decide to publish something of value.

Something you may want to look into further if you are serious about developing a sound social media marketing strategy for your  brand on the social media sites is to find a mentor. By looking for one who can offer you a daily blueprint to follow until you get some experience under your belt can save you a of time and money on the outset of your social media campaign.

This can lead to your content getting ranked on Page 1 of Google and other search engine sites.

Social Media Networking Sites: Build a fan base and get back links to your content at the same time.

• Join no less than 50 niche related face book groups and interact with members and post relevant, value driven content. This will not only build a loyal fan base by providing free interesting articles but will also give your content vital back links to lift your search engine rankings

• Become a member of a content syndication tribe. There are both free and paid options and this works on the principle of reciprocation. You can build a strong tribe of members who will syndicate your content for you as you so it for them.

• Join a social book-marking site such as Only wire. This is also a free or paid membership. Once set up your content can get posted automatically to over 35 high ranking social networking site.

Social Media For Business Content Creation:Research, and write content on niche relevant keywords that have a good number of global searchers per month.

• Commit to writing content on a consistent basis and post regularly on the above social media sites.

• Commit to building relationships with other niche related members and syndicate each others content
